Prof. Xiaorui Zhang

Biography:

Xiaorui Zhang, female, Ph.D., professor, and master’s supervisor, holds a doctoral degree from Southeast University and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania, USA. She is an accreditation expert for engineering education and an undergraduate teaching evaluation expert for the Ministry of Education, as well as a reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She is a member of ACM and IEEE. Xiaorui Zhang has served as the program committee chair for the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Security (ICAIS) in 2021 and 2022, the organizing committee chair for ICAIS 2020, and the publication chair for the 8th IEEE International Conference on Virtual Reality (ICVR 2022). She holds editorial roles including editor-in-chief, associate editor, editorial board member, and guest editor for several domestic and international journals. Her current research focuses on image processing, virtual reality, human-computer interaction, digital forensics, and artificial intelligence. She has participated in subprojects of the National 973 Program and the National 863 High-Tech Program, and has led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, three projects funded by the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation, as well as multiple industry-sponsored projects. She has published over 50 high-quality SCI papers in major academic journals and international conferences, holds more than 60 authorized invention patents, with over 20 patents successfully commercialized, and has guided students to win over 80 awards in national and provincial-level academic competitions.
